Hi Everyone, Welcome Back! Today, I’ve got a little bit of a mish mash of what’s for dinners! Some of these recipes are based on pantry staples, some of them were just what we could rustle up that evening. I hope you enjoy these ideas and that they give you inspiration for those nights where you don’t know what to do OR for those weird pantry items you don’t know how to use.

My cornbread was based on this: https://www.budgetbytes.com/everyday-cornbread/

I always enjoy watching you cook. You were created to share this channel. I love to add food to my cornbread, such as green giant corn with peppers. Seems it's called mexi-corn. I love cheese in the mix, as well. Such a yummy side with chili or any Southern dish. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

Nae says:

Nice to "see" Matt in the kitchen! All your food looked delicious. I wasn't too sure when you dumped the entire can of corn into the corn bread mix, but it looked delicious when it baked! Thanks for sharing with us!

Adrienne Foote says:

That pozole/chili hybrid looks good! I made basically the same potato soup this weekend – I like to eat it with bacon bits, the cheap McCormick ones are vegetarian because they’re made from soy protein, not actual meat!

Flavors and Textures says:

I really like the varieties on your meals!

I have a bag of peppers and onions in my freezer because of you hahaha. It is very nice to have on hand!

Mary Egerton says:

I love watching you cook. You are so good at it. Can you freeze that potato soup? I live alone and love to keep a few things in the freezer for when I am too busy to cook. I want to make this today. 😋

Juliet Marlowe says:

Well, Matt is quite the gourmand too, 👏 Applause. I was hoping so Rochelle, so your cooking would get the attention & praise it deserves, not just from us faceless voices from the void. 💌✔️👍

I am also looking forward to spring and fresher, lighter meals! Do you grow maybe your own herbs? I have been experimenting in my balcony for three years now with a balcony garden and i can't wait
