Thanks for trying an Indian dish, it opens up a whole world of vegan recipes and preparations with very distinct and amazing flavors. We typically start by seasoning the oil with Cumin seeds, afasoteda, red chilles. Then saute the onion till golden brown, with Garlic, ginger. Then add tomatoes, saute well follwed by all the spices you memtioned. Try squeeze of lime or lemon juice in the end to cut the starchiness. Great job!!

Tushar Goyal says:

Also try dal makhani (makhan=butter). That's a delicacy nearly every Indian savours.

Tushar Goyal says:

We also mix different varieties of dals to have different flavour. Experiment to see what combination you like the most.

Wow, you are a magical fantasy Iam never sure you are real, you are too beautiful whomever sees you shall believe that God is real, and whenever I see you I am always in a dream, and when we wake up we all will realize that all this life was nothing but a dream and that only God is whats true and real.

I dont know how can atheists believe that such a beauty queen came from monkeys hahaha 😄

عن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن شك في الله، وهو يرى خلق الله

Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I wonder at the man-man/women-who doubts in the existence of God-Allah-although he sees His creation.

وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لمن أنكر النشأة الأخرى، وهو يرى النشأة الأولى

Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I wonder at him who denies the second life although he has seen the first life-this life is a living proof of both the existence of its creator as well as a clear proof that indicates that another life in heaven or hell may also be a possible chance as well-.

وعن الإمام علي "عليه السلام": عَجِبتُ لعامر دار الفناء، وتارك دار البقاء Imam Ali, peace be upon him, said: I wonder at him who inhabits this transient abode-and is

so indulged in it-but ignores the everlasting abode

Every time I listen INDIA in any of the foreign channels. I get goosebumps and feel proud at the same moment. 🇮🇳

mtailor2 says:

Looks good. Highly recommend making everything in a pressure cooker/instant pot. The flavors will infuse much better. Do the tomato-onion mixture first then add the soaked dal.. Indian cooking and a pressure cooker go hand in hand. If you soak the dal overnight or for a few hours the cook time is even less.
