Why? Why is this even a thing? Are there that many recipes out there that call for tuna that vegetarians are dying to eat?

I don’t understand!

Walmart has one called Loma Linda vegan fishless tuna. It’s a $1.37 without tax for one can. It’s in the aisle with the gluten free food. I plan to get some on my next grocery shopping trip. Reviews said it has a strong seeweed taste/smell. I heard it’s best to mix it with vegan mayonnaise and other stuff you would normally put with tuna salad.
