Does anyone know what vegan sour cream brand they use? The closest I've found to regular is Good Karma, and it's too coconutty for me.

I'm all for healthy vegan recipes, but it's nice to also see some vegan comfort food. I eat vegan sometimes for environmental reasons, but when I cook all out vegan it's usually for holidays as my way to tell my vegetarian cousin's lovely vegan boyfriend that he's an accepted part of the family and to show off my love for cooking all types of food. He always brings his own food to family gatherings so he doesn't feel like an inconvenience, but it means a lot to all of us to cook things that don't isolate him from the group and also taste amazing. I make amazing dill cashew cheese for my vegan charcuterie board and vegan mashed potatoes & mushroom gravy. I have other recipes up my sleeve, but those are my best so far and I'm always, always looking for more

I’m from KC … last year I made guacamole and my hubby made cauliflower wings. We will be doing that again. I’m also making some queso dip and try out some saved eggs.
