I couldn’t get the leaves fresh here in Texas at any of the local Asian markets so I ordered the dried leaves off of Amazon. Is rehydrating them and using them advisable? Or should I just grind them and add in as a powder?

Hi. I try to make your curry but after I blend everything, mine paste looks green, not red like yours. I can’t add more dry peppers because it’s already spicy. What did i do wrong?
