Vegan Snickers Cheesecake (Gluten- & Sugarfree)
We are not using any refined sugar in our snickers cheesecake. We are using maple syrup, agave nectar and dates to sweeten our cake. The crust is gluten free and made out of oats, peanuts, cocoa powder, dates and some coconut oil. We use a high-quality cocoa powder which adds a deep chocolate flavor to our crust. The cheesecake filling itself is super easy to make. We are using a plant-based alternative for quark or Greek yoghurt as the main ingredient. The product we used is an unsweetened soy yoghurt “skyr” style. It´s basically just soy yoghurt but thicker.
