It’s an easy and delicious recipe and can be made nut -free by using an unsweetened plant- milk like, oat, soy or pea milk. I use thyme as my herb of choices and omit the lime zest. I serve it with a side of peas. Roasted asparagus or broccoli would go well with it also. Let me know what you think. ENJOY!
