High Shaad /Lo-Mein
1 ounce of lobster mushrooms
3 king oyster mushrooms
1 cups of carrots
2 to 3 celery stalks
2 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 cup of white onion
1/2 lemon
1/2 cup of green onions
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp vegan fish sauce
1 tsp coconut aminos
1 tsp garlic powder
Red pepper flakes (optional)
4 ounces cooked noodles/ or seafood mushrooms

1. Cut vegetables to bite size pieces
2. Add a tablespoon of sesame oil to the pan , then add white onions and ginger followed by the carrots and celery Cook time: 5-7 minutes
3.When the vegetables are to your liking Mix in the seafood mushrooms/ noodles and stir let cook for an additional 5-7 minutes to allow the noodles to cook
4. Add your coconut aminos vegan fish sauce and hoisin sauce then stir and let simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes

5. Rehydrate you lobster mushrooms in boiling water for 10-15 minutes cut your king oyster mushrooms to desired size and your favorite seasoning. Suggest seasoning would be 1 teaspoon of kelp 1 teaspoon of old bay 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon pepper start there then add more if desired squeeze half a lemon then sauté for 7 minutes or til desired likeness

6 add mushrooms to noodles mix up then serve
