High protein plant based meals for lazy days: what I eat in a day as a vegan athlete. These are quick high protein meals (116g is what I ate for the day) with minimal cooking and are from vegan protein sources.

This is a simple plant based diet for beginners with easy vegan recipes that are dairy free, egg free and soy free. You can easily make these 100% gluten free recipes by swapping the wheat wrap with a gluten free wrap or making the wrap into a salad instead!

Enjoy these meal ideas high in protein for a balance full day of eating.

my only beef with salad dressings like the one you used on the wrap and the like is that lot of them are made with vegetable oils which are not very good for human consumption and are highly processed. a series on vegan protein powders would be cool too; thanks keep up the good work cheers, Monsieur RS ( http://www.partsunknownrs.com )
