Can you just use dried chickpeas if they are cheap locally. They’re much more expensive in jars or cans in the UK. Great video x Thanks for sharing.

Dried Chick Peas at mylocal store is about $25 for 25 lbs. and possible 5% off of that if you buy the whole bag. I don't understand dehydrating ones from a jar.
