I've tried to eat a vegan diet for a week, tracking what I eat on an app, and I've got really frustrated because I have to eat too much food to get all the calories and protein I need! A few days ago I ate so much chickpeas trying to get enough protein that I got sick and threw up all night… u_u Maybe I'm putting to much emphasis on protein, but I want to be responsible … I'm so frustrated.

Hi Rose! I exchanged texts with you right before the shutdown last year 😕 I was so excited because you were thinking of producing and selling more merch. I told you I had regretted only buying the coffee mug with your cute face and blue hair. That was my favorite mug. 😫 Anyhow, you understood and said you’d had several requests so to keep an eye out for some upcoming things. In the meantime I had to move recently AND I CANT FIND MY MUG 😩. I know, it’s not the worst thing in the world for some but that was my morning comfort cup and it was also the cutest cup I had. Maybe you should do a survey with your viewers and see if they’re interested in picking up some treasures! You can just do a limited amount available at first to see if it’s worth doing. I believe a lot of attitudes have changed from what it felt like at the beginning of all this mess. People are enjoying cooking more and actually enjoying me time, meditation, prayer, etc… A new Apron added to your collection would be sooo awesome. Just sharing a thought with you. Much love from the Monterey County coast line in California 😊👍 Omgoodness that last noodle recipe though! I need this in my life 😋

Hey Rose! Have you tried canned edamame beans? How do they differ? It's nearly impossible to find edamame where I live, but yesterday I finally found them in the canned goods section. They taste alright in a salad, but yours always look greener and fresher so I imagined a different flavor.

I am not vegan. But, I love your videos. You put an emphasis on protein/balanced /food being filling and the way you eat is far more sustainable for most people than say,a high starch/low fat diet. I think your approach is far more doable for most.
