Today I am introducing a healthy and easy Dal recipe for all age groups. That is Ridge Gourd Moong Dal. This is very easy to prepare. This simple Dal gives more health benefits and works as a cooling agent in summer. As Ridge Gourd contains rich fibre it is good for digestion.This Dal is advisable for small kids to old age people. Moon Dal is rich in protein especially for growing children.
