Patty Gardner says:

These look amazing. I will definitely try these. So glad to see you did not use a soy product in any of these. Soy is an estrogen mimicker, and can set you up for breast cancer.

I've just made the lentil dish (without jalapeno and adding 3 more cups of water to make it soupy) and it's delicious! Thanks for the recipe, Sarah 🙂

Clare Gross says:

I just made and ate your roast veg pasta (well not yours, but you get it) and it was delish! I added pepitas as well as the nutritional yeast and hemp hearts just because I'm obsessed with them. Amazing, thanks! x

Shevegan says:

Never realized you could thinly slice/grate Brussel sprouts. I know that sounds kinda dumb, but here in the Netherlands we usually just boil them and serve them with boiled potatoes. (Very boring and I don't like that) I usually just cut them in half and stir-fry them, but I really like the idea of thinly sliced sprouts. Will be trying that tonight with tofu, leek, bell peppers, carrots, and noodles! Thank you for this, I loved your recipes!

These look great, thank you !

What do you have at the bottom of your pan that you put in the oven? Was it a paper? Or was it something else that is a substitute for paper and tin foil? I'd like to know, if so. I hate using tin foil
