Batata Harra, Arabic Spicy Potatoes, are so easy to prepare and so full of flavour- the perfect accompaniment to any meal. Yum!

Batata Harra – Spicy Coriander Potatoes
Serves 4 – 6
Prep & cook time: 30minutes

1.2kg potatoes, cut into cubes
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/3 cup freshly chopped coriander
½ red chili thinly sliced or ½ tsp chili powder
salt to taste
squeeze of lemon juice (optional)

What do you mean by chili powder. Is it what is used in chilis, or is it cayenne or is it a lebanese seasoning? so many possibilities.
