I LOVE stuffed Grape Leaves, these vegetarian & Vegan are simply, the best. You will not miss the meat at all.
This uses a bit of dill, fresh or dried and 2 kinds of onion, plus a bunch of lemon. Try to find the Italian Volcanic Lemon Juice as it doesn’t have any citric acid which makes for a much cleaner flavor.
Here’s what you will need:
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Long Grain Rice
Onion, Garlic, & Green Onions
Dill, Dried or Fresh
Pine Nuts. Parsley, Salt & Pepper
After they are made and cooked, they last for some time in the refrigerator.
Make extra! The Rice is also good on it’s own.
