I have lost 70 lbs total since February of 2020 on a plant-based diet. In April of 2020, I started The Starch Solution and Mcdougall’s plan for Maximum Weight Loss. It is a high carb, low fat, no oil, whole food plant based diet. I lost 43 pounds from solely eating this way.

So I have a question for you, I love lifting weights and running, however I do have some extra body fat I am trying to shed 🏃🏾‍♀️ do you think that will help my results going quicker ? Thank you for being so encouraging and generous in sharing this amazing information with the world <3 I've seen great success in the last 5-6 months of staying 95% consistent with this lifestyle.
