Since travelling became a bit sensitive topic during the lockdown, no one can stop you from travelling to your kitchen and try different cuisine πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Whenever I feel I want some change – I go for empanadas! Love it! Perfect for romantic evening with a glass of wine. Enjoy the video, poured my heart in it πŸ’™

πŸ«‘Vegetable filling ingredients:
5-6 carrots (around 500g)
1/2 lemon juice
2 bell peppers
1-2 onions (depending on size)
1/2 block of tofu
Few tablespoons of olive oil
2 Fresh spring onions
2 teaspoons of tomato paste
Sprinkle some black onion & nigella seed
1tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tsp sumac
