The vegiballs look amazing! I always prefer when you do stuff from more basic ingredience without relying on meat replacements. Everyone is free to use them, but for me that is not why I watch cooking shows. The vegan cheese I'll just leave out 😛

Ah, getting into the old skool whole grains! If you're into the neurological scientific self help stuff, I have to recommend to you neuroscientist Andrew Huberman's podcast. Neural plasticity, how the nerves flex the muscle/optimizing hypertrophy, how to breath like "Iceman" Wim Hof (or an ancient Hindu) and loads of other interesting stuff I had no real idea of is all in there. I hope it helps, you food has been awesome, thus far, so I throw this to you!
