Ingredients:
Veggie Marinate: Dahi / Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Red chili Powder – 1 tsp
Biryani masala – 2 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Green chili – 3
Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves – 3-4 tbsp
Mint – 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Veggies and Paneer – 1 1/2 to 2 cup total

For Rice:
Water – 6-7 cup
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 – 2 tbsp
Basmati Rice – 2 1/2 cup (soaked for 30 mins)

For Assembling:
Ghee – 3 tbsp + 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Cashewnuts – 3 tbsp
Green Cardamom – 3-4
Cloves – 3-4 pods
Cinnamon – 1′
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Birista / Fried Onion – 6-7 tbsp
Dahi – 1/2 cup
Water – 1/4 cup
Saffron – 1 pinch (soaked in hot water)

This recipe and method of cooking are not for "beginners". I tried this at home, Biriyani became disaster. And also making of this type of biriyani consumes more gas, time when compared to normal biriyani. So, to avoid under or over cooked biriayani, first cook (80%) the vegetables and add almost cooked basmati rice. At last cook the mix for 15 minutes by bane marry method.
