In today’s video I am sharing what I have bought this week to feed my family and have 8 vegan (bar the cheese) meals to share. I thought it might be good to have this as a veggie food shop as I know so many people will be joining in Veganuary. I did buy a few dairy product as Chris eats those, but everything else would suit vegans (replace the cheese with vegan cheese)

SWEET POTATO CURRY:
Sweet potatoes, onion, garlic, red curry paste, runner beans, veg stock, curry powder.
Cauliflower, maple syrup, sesame oil, onion, garlic, mixed herbs, veg stock.
Tofu, maple syrup, sesame oil, onion, garlic, mixed herbs, veg stock.
Wraps, peppers, onion, mixed beans, sweetcorn, avocado, lime.
AVOCADO & KALE PESTO:
Avocado, kale, garlic, basil, lemon, cashews, spaghetti.
