I'm neither vegan nor Spanish, but I am super excited about the tofu and olive skewers! I know that the texture of tofu is a divisive issue, but I love it, and I adore olives. I'm going to make that tapas for lunch often, but I think I'll do it with a heavily seasoned aioli dip, maybe smoked paprika? Maybe something woodier, like oregano? It's hard to go wrong with olives and red peppers for flavor.

Lakshmy Prakaash says:

Thankyou very much Senor for the vegan recipes…. It's an honor to vegan/vegetarians like me ..❤️❤️

Matthew Herrington says:

Have you ever used a tablespoon of anything that was not “generous”?

Rhonda Hauser says:

Is smoke paprika the same as sweet paprika? Where can I purchase sweet paprika?

d says:

It's so nice that you don't waste the ingredients

Eta Henry says:

They are insanely delicious

Ria says:

It's unusual you wash the mushrooms as the the norm is just to brush off the dirt since mushrooms are super absorbent and can easily become water logged. These tapas look delicious, especially being vegan. I'll definitely look forward to making these and have a fun, lockdown tapas evening with my housemate. Many thanks.

Norbert Djihnson says:

Some bacon in each dish would greatly help the flavour

sneha mani says:

It's a 'Spain on a fork' new year for us. Made all the tapas (except the eggplant one) along with espinacas con garbanzos and vegan paella from your other videos. My first time cooking Spanish food and everything was so flavourful! Muchas Gracias!

NEWdansuyume says:

I'm totally doing the banderillas with black olives. Is that incredibly sinful? 🙂

NEWdansuyume says:

Actually that frying pan is a bit small. I refer to that size as my "medium pan."

TorontoLibertarian says:

This is gonna be good.

Ms. Independent says:

Perfecto! 💗 I've been watching your video for a week now. And I'm enjoying the Spanish food because of you! Muchos gracias 💗

Mallika Ven says:

Such beautiful dishes! I'm particularly drooling over the eggplant one and the banderillas <3

LottaTroublemaker says:

Are Yukon Gold potatoes a common type in Spain or is it called something else there? U don’t see common US potato types here in Norway, but maybe some types have different names here? Curious… ☺️

Dian ARIANI says:

I am Lacto Vegetarian, eggless with no onion no garlic no leek. Thank you so much for the inspiration 😍

harneet kaur says:

platos increíbles…😀 Just loved it❤️❤️ I love ur country.. love from India😀

ffeff says:

My mother used to stuff mushrooms like that, but she always chopped the stems and added them to the filling. Besides being delish, it seems like a complete waste NOT to!

Ramesh Murthy says:

Fried Egg plant was superb! Thank you, Chef!

Word Smith says:

Oh man!! That's a dope video.. thank you for sharing this vegan version ❣️
