Welcome back to my channel! So, I don’t know about you, but I have a very strict diet regimen right now. I am really trying to heal my body and flush out as many toxins as possible!
With that said, sometimes the sugar cravings will hit super hard and I need to be able to whip something up really fast before I reach out and grab the “bad junk”!
Here is my go-to recipe when those craving kick in!
Easiest, Paleo, Gluten Free, Low Carb, Vegan ALMOND FLOUR COOKIES!
2 cups of fine Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp of Cardamom (optional)
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1/3 cup of Dark Maple Syrup
2 tbs of Rose Water (optional)
*feel free to add chopped nuts, vegan chocolate, or dried fruit!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients first, then mix all the wet ingredients, add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
line baking sheet with parchment paper. Add a a couple tbs of the batter for each cookie. Place on baking sheet.
Place in oven for 12-14 minutes. Take out of oven and wait 5 minutes before serving.
