Robin Heling says:

I always, one has to cook the beans for at least 90 minutes or so after letting them soak over night?
Isn't this a MUST DO normally?

I just made this for lunch. I used to eat these every Wednesday back in uni at the Farmer’s Market where they had a small booth selling falafels in pita bread. They tasted unbelievably good and I am so happy with how they turned out. Thank you so much Chef John for this fantastic recipe that brought back so many good memories. ❣️

I can't stand the voice or cadence in which this person speaks. The intonation and high pitch just irk me. Sorry… Mute

Hi chef John, I hope you're having a good day! My food processor is broken and you said in the video that a blender could be used instead, but my blender isn't very strong so I was wondering if I should maybe blend the ingredients without the flour and then mix that in separately afterwards? I was also curious how well other beans would work or if the texture would be off, I'd appareciate any advice, thank you!

Alyssa Antes says:

I enjoyed this a lot ahahaha

Jose Nava says:

Although it was my first time making falafels and it was a bit difficult to mold them, they fried nicely and tasted delicious. It's like they were made in a restaurant.

Michael Gray says:

It’s not healthy once you fry it

DisabledGamer says:
