Just made this. The only thing I couldn't find in time was the mustard, but I had dijon. My niece is the hard to please one, and she was soooo in love with it. Never seen her eat her veggies with such gusto. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. It's been officially added to the recipe box.

Could you use cornstarch in place of the flour. I seem to never cook my flour long enough I detest the pasty taste of uncooked flour

Natalie D. says:

Followed the recipe but mine came out very thin and watery. Any suggestions for next time. Flavor was great it just didn’t thicken up as much as I would have liked.

Jacob Silva says:

Way too watery. Equal parts stock and half&half is better

Alex Hurst says:

Well I did subscribe to your channel until you said coated in wood pulp. It's cellulose, the same thing that is in your broccoli, carrots and onions. Nothing like misinformation to scare people. The cellulose is there to prevent clumping thus it inhibits a smoother melting cheese.

amda S says:

Not for the lactose intolerance
