Looks amazing! I find that the tubes of tomato paste are rather pricey, so I open a can of tomato paste, line a plate or cookie sheet with parchment paper and spoon dollops of tomato paste on it and put it in the freezer. When the dollops are frozen, I pop them into a container and keep them in the freezer, and use them as needed. =^..^=
