I’ve revived a classic midweek dinner, making it memorable! One of the classic vegetarian meals you’ll want to add to your vegetarian recipe repertoire. A carbon steel wok takes this to the next level, I love mine from – Check out the Souped Up Recipes channel.

Vegetable Oil, 2 tablespoons
1 Block Extra Firm Tofu, water pressed out & torn into small chunks
Soy sauce or tamari, 2 teaspoons
Garam Masala, 1 teaspoon

Vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon
Ginger, 1 1/2 teaspoons, finally chopped
3-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup of mushrooms, such as shiitake, oyster or button, chopped into 1 inch chunks
2 cups Chinese broccoli, chopped into 2 inch pieces

Corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon
Water, 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce or tamari, 1 tablespoon
Maple syrup, 1 tablespoon
Lime juice, 1 tablespoon

Steamed rice
3 coriander sprigs, leaves torn
Red chilli, sliced
