Damn I was doing my tzatziki completely wrong 😂 I grate a cucumber without peeling and I salt it and stir then leave for 15min so it releases the water and then i squeeze it well with just barehand. Then I add half clove of finely chopped garlic and juice from half of a lemon and stir. Then Greek yoghurt and a little bit of olive oil and pepper. Salt usually is not needed anymore as cucumber was salted enough. Sometimes I add just a pinch of oregano. Never tried it with vinegar and dill (I actually hate dill :D) but would give it a try as it looks great! Cheers!
