This is one of my favorite starch based vegan cookbooks available at Jocelyn’s Etsy store which is Vegan4GoodStore.

She is also a Reiki Master and you can find out more about that at www.JocelynGraef.com.

Here is a sample recipe from her book.

LEMONY ARTICHOKE SOUP

4 cups veggie stock
3 cups water
8 ounces artichoke hearts
2 potatoes, diced
1 large onion, deiced
Juice of 2 lemons
1/2 pounds of mushrooms, sliced
basil

Simmer for 40 minutes or so until vegetables are soft

Enjoy!!!

I am Reiki Ii Practitioner and live in Sacramento, California area. I learned from Marion Hakata https://bodyandhearth.com/. After an illness and 2 year healing with an acupuncturist I spontaneously developed what I call β€œenergy hands”. My acupuncturist said my body responds well to energy healing and suggested I become a Reiki Practitioner. That is how I got started.
