Beef, fish, shellfish, seafood, sausages in hotdogs, ham, bacon and chicken to me are the hardest meats to give up. I don't find my own diet sustainable because I can't for a long time avoid pasta or rice and can't eat like that based on dates and figs and herbs, therefore I should just be a regular vegetarian but exclude wheat and that's it, and include more berries and more herbs in my diet, that's what I think.
