1 English cucumber or 4 mini cucumbers
1/4 red onion
5 oz feta cheese (150g)
2 cups cooked chickpeas
2 cups cooked farro
24-32 grape tomatoes
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp olive oil
sea salt
