I’ve made this soup several times it’s delicious one of our favorites I decided to try it again and when I got my bottle of dried lime it had hardened like a rock any tips to reconstitute it so I don’t waste didn’t have to buy another one

I have a lot of parsley growing in my garden and didn't know what to do with it. This looks like a great recipe! I love all those ingredients, but I have never heard of dried limes. Cannot wait to go on a shopping expedition this weekend and find them at a Persian market. My new secret ingredient!
