This Plant Based Vegan soup recipe that is so filled with flavor that you will never forget it! Sabzi is a Persian dish that typically has meat but I have made a vegan version for you and also made it into a soup because that is what my family has really grown to love. They love it so much that they ask for it every week! Not only does it taste great but it is loaded with nutrition. Bonus!

I’ve made this soup several times it’s delicious one of our favorites I decided to try it again and when I got my bottle of dried lime it had hardened like a rock any tips to reconstitute it so I don’t waste didn’t have to buy another one
