🌻🌻🌻Vegetable Soup🌻🌻🌻

Hi and welcome to Highway to Healthy! Today Jimmy is making his vegetable soup with a little help from me. This is a great family dinner recipe! This vegetable soup can last for weeks. This recipe is Vegan WFPB and doesn’t have oil. This follows the starch solution way of eating! Thanks for watching and please like and subscribe!

🌻🌻🌻Recipe🌻🌻🌻

1) Chop up the following
-1garlic bulb
-1 yellow or white onion

2)start sautéing the garlic and onions

3)add in a can of peas and corn

4)chop up the following
-3 carrots
-2 stalks of celery
-1 sweet potato (peeled)
-2 russet potatoes (peeled)
-4 redskin potatoes

5) add in 6 cups of water and 2 cups of vegetable broth (add more for more broth if you don’t want to make more later)

6)add in the following:
-1 tablespoon of vegetable bouillon
-fresh ground pepper
-1 tablespoon of paprika
-1 or 2 bay leaves
7) cook on medium for 20-30 minutes
8) make green lentils 2 cups of water and 1 cup green lentils
enjoy! 😀

that's pretty well what i do, but don't really go by any recipe, just throw in what i feel like & it's supper. I do the starch solution too, & follow Chef AJ, for the ULTIMATE weight loss. I think i have to go so drastic, bc i have low thyroid. & i blend beans to add, as hubby does not like the texture of beans or lentils. He helps me by peeling all the veg for us & i cook them.
