Finding the right plant-based books has been instrumental in my recovery from a severe case of celiac disease. Discovering the proper way to heal my mind and body with plant-based nutrition has forever changed my life! Many people have been able to heal their ailments from the information located within these priceless texts. I highly recommend authors such as Dr. Joel Fuhrman, Dr. T. Colin Cambell, and Dr. Michael Greger. Other books on plant-based nutrition that I could not fit in the video but also recommend are The Starch Solution by Dr. John McDougall, The Plant-Based Athlete by Robert Cheeke and Matt Frazier, and the How Not to Die Cookbook by Dr. Michael Greger.
