Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings | MACROS & WEIGHT WATCHER FRIENDLY!
So it’s that time of year when you try your absolute best to get in shape. But let’s be real, TEMPTATION IS EVERYWHERE. So why not make the temptations healthy? These Cauliflower Buffalo Wings do just that! They are WAYYYY less calories, way less guilt, but with all the same delicious flavor! What more could you ask for?! I had these at a friend’s house and couldn’t believe how amazing they tasted. This same recipe is everywhere on the internet as a result of them being absolutely perfect! I could not keep this to myself so I had to share it with you!
Also I decided to start sharing calorie counts, macronutrient counts, and weight watcher points with majority of my recipes! I want to help support my friends and family who are on a healthy eating journey so I hope this helps you as well! Keep in mind, my numbers are not an exact science, but as close as I can possibly get them!

Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings Recipe
| Ingredients |
1 Head Cauliflower (Chopped) About 3 ½ Cups
1 Cup Rice Flour
½ Cup Almond Milk (Unsweetened)
¼ Cup Water
2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Ground Cumin
½ Teaspoon Salt
¼ Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Earth Balance Whipped Vegan Butter
½ Cup Stubbs BBQ Sauce
½ Cup Cholula Hot Sauce
| Instructions |
Preheat oven 450° F.
Dice washed and dried cauliflower into wing sized chunks.
Prepare baking sheet with parchment paper and oven proof wire rack.
In a medium bowl, combine rice flour, almond milk, water, paprika, cumin, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Dip each piece of cauliflower into the flour mixture, coating thoroughly. Tap off excess and place onto the wire rack.
Place in a 450° F oven and cook for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
To prepare the sauce, in a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt vegan butter and combine with hot sauce and BBQ sauce.
Heat just until warm and set aside until wings are done.
Dunk each cauliflower wing into the sauce and place back onto the wire rack.
Bake an additional 20 minutes and enjoy!
