i read her husbands book and immediately decided to give this a try. I've now gained 2 pounds in the last 4 days on this strict diet. How is this even possible? on top of that my head hurts constantly and im exhausted. i felt fine when i was eating junk, and my wt has been steady for years. As difficult as it is to stick to this diet, the wt gain is making me want to quit! i drink water only and have spent about 100 dollars on ingredients to make recipes in the back of his book. Is wt gain normal initially, because his book speaks of improved health and wt loss? PLEASE ADVISE.
