These are not Buddha Bowls. They are deconstructed rice and curry. Buddha bowl should have lots of veggies, plant based and animal based protein (if vegan use two different plant based proteins like tofu and chickpeas) alongwith healthy fats dressing.

Just curious…I noticed you used tap water to clean/soak the rice, rinse the chickpeas etc. Which Indian city is this where tap water is potable and used for preparing food? Here in Delhi tap water is not potable, nor in any other major metro city I have been to.
