2 organic eggs
Parmigiano cheese 10 grams
Black Pepper 3-5 grams
Pasta 200 grams
Salt 11-12 grams
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 30-40 grams
Carbonara is one of the oldest dishes of Italian cuisine. We propose a vegetarian version for the many friends who would like to try this spectacular dish but who don’t eat meat.

honestly the temperature in the pan was probably too high maybe? so it's not really creamy, instead it's scrambled eggs
