Who doesn’t love a cheesy, gooey, comfort food for your soul slice of warm lasagna!! Who knew it could be this easy!

Sssshhhhhhh!!!!! Recipe so good your meat loving family & friends wont know the difference!!!

And as always 100% MEATLESS !!!!

VEGETARIAN RED SAUCE LASAGNA INGREDIENTS:

**Serves 8-10 People**

~VEGAN “MEAT”
1 Package of BEYOND MEAT “BEYOND BEEF”
1 Package of BEYOND MEAT “BEYOND SAUSAGE”

~RED SAUCE
– 4 Cups of Spaghetti sauce of your choice
– 6 oz can Tomato paste
– 2-3 Fresh tomatoes (diced) or substitute w/ Canned tomatoes
-2 TBSP Parsley
-Mrs DASH Garlic & Herb seasoning blend to taste

~RICOTTA CHEESE MIXTURE
– 30 oz Ricotta Cheese
– 1 Egg
– 2 Cups Chopped Spinach
– 2 TBSP Parsley
– 1 tsp Salt

~To begin:
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. In a large pot bring water to a boil for Lasagna noodles. Boil noodles for 8-10 mins until “Al Dente”, drain and set aside. In a medium sized saute pan pour 2 TBSP olive oil and set on MED/HIGH heat. Saute 3 cloves of freshly chopped garlic, 1 med/large yellow onion finely chopped, & 1 bell pepper finely chopped. Cook for 8-10 mins stirring continuously as not to burn. Add 1 cup of sliced baby Bella mushrooms or mushroom of your choice to the onion/garlic/pepper mixture & cook for 5-7 mins. Remove from heat and set mixture aside. Allow BEYOND MEAT BEYOND BEEF to THAW before cooking. In same pan cook BEYOND MEAT BEYOND BEEF on LOW/MED heat for 5-8 mins. Add 1 packet onion soup mix, 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil, 2 TBSP sugar, 1/4 TBSP salt, 1/2 TBSP black pepper, 1 TBSP parsley, 1/2 TBSP onion powder, 1 TBSP Mrs DASH TABLE BLEND, 2 TBSP Italian seasoning; mix. In saute add 2 TBSP Olive oil, set pan on MED/HIGH & heat cook BEYOND MEAT BEYOND SAUSAGE until brown. Remove from heat and cut sausage slices into quarters. Add to Sausage pieces to meatless ground beef and cover with RED SAUCE. Allow to simmer on LOW heat until you are ready to assemble lasagna.

In 13×9 or slightly larger baking dish spray w/ Nonstick spray. Coat bottom of dish with “Meatless Red Sauce”, add 1st layer of lasagna noodles, spoon on entire Ricotta mixture and spread evenly across noodles, cover with Mozzarella slices and sprinkle shredded white cheddar and mozzarella. -REPEAT- Add layer of “Meatless red Sauce”, layer of noodles and sprinkle with GENEROUS helping of shredded cheeses. Cover with foil and cook in oven on 375 degrees F for 1 hour 15 mins. Remove foil and sprinkle top of lasagna with freshly chopped basil, place in oven again and cook for remaining 5-10mins.
