Hi Everybody! Here’s my quick and easy way to make a Vegan Breakfast Burrito! This one is inspired by the famous Corner Cottage Burrito here in Burbank!

My goal at THEE BURGER DUDE is to show vegans and non-vegans alike how easy it is to make delicious and decadent vegan meals. I used to eat a lot of meat and dairy before going vegan, so this channel is aimed at people like myself before going vegan. Additionally, I totally welcome any vegans who might be missing one of their favorite fast food or comfort food meals as well, come on in! I want to show that you can still have burgers, mac n’ cheese, fried chick’n and any other kind of comfort food, and that it’s possible with plant-based ingredients.

Salsa looks legit. I’d like to make one of my favorite local burritos. I have a fav from a gourmet shop that makes everything in house from scratch, the Little Red Fox in DC. They have a smoked tofu burrito with just five ingredients which also doubles as a breakfast burrito. Smoked tofu, potatoes, black beans, corn and guacamole. I have yet to make it cuz I need to get around to smoking a tofu. I was wondering if you could do a video on smoking stuff up with a smoke infuser cuz they seem to be something that is cost effective and flexible.

Hi Burger Dude, thanks for all the amazing recipe inspiration. We made a crunch wrap version of this with bitchin sauce, hash browns, just egg, sausage, cheese, tortilla chips, avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, more sauce and salsa, used a 1/4 cut of a tortilla to seal the center part, wrap, cook on both sides. It was sooooo delicious! Thanks! I subscribed. Can't wait to see more plant based yummy ideas!

SQUEEZE those potatoes DRY…we use tea towels, works way better than paper towels, makes them crispy. YOU CAN rinse the potatoes from extra starch but…we found it doesn't do much but keep them from clumping in the food.

These turned out better than we imagined. We used Kite Hill for the vegan sour cream. We also prefer Impossible meat over Beyond so we used Impossible. The sausage flavor was great!
