Today I’m sharing this simple, crock pot vegetable soup recipe with you! Its so easy and perfect for fall!
Recipe: *NOTE* drain all veggies
1/2 lb browned hamburger meat
1 can green beans
1 can corn
1 can carrots
1 can whole potatoes
1 can diced tomatoes (partially drained)
1 can sweet peas
1 can tomato soup (1 can water)
Seasonings:
salt, pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder, cayenne pepper, texas pete, ketchup
Cook on high for 2 hours then reduce to warm until ready to serve!
Why not take that collected broth and use that as the liquid part of the cook? It would likely be tasty.
