I love you chef John, GOAT!

Susan Devoe says:

Egg salad sandwiches (with finely chopped green onion, celery & fine diced green pepper, a dash of salt, on white or brown, no lettuce) dipped into cream of tomato or tomato bisque soup is to die for (also same additions to tuna salad sandwiches). And I like to make those 2 sandwiches (still!) with a little Miracle Whip salad dressing, the way we ate them as kids. (Comfort food!!!) And gotta hv tomato soup with these sandwiches!! I also love it with butter pan grilled white cheddar cheese sandwiches, cut into "fingers" for dipping. You can do the same with the egg or tuna, you just hv to carefully make sure the filling doesn't drop out when dipping!! And, to be decadent, slice off the crusts before cutting into "fingers." But it's all just, oh, so good!! (And kids always love "fingers" too!! Plus is easier for little hands & fingers to pick them up.)

Bisque? Where's the seafood? That's what makes a bisque.

Chef John….you are the bomb. I made your pot roast today. Even though my super picky teenage son that refuses to eat “wet meat” turned his nose up, the rest of us loved it.
