Ingredients
240g Fry’s Fish Fillet or any vegetarian fish, thawed
3-4 ladies’ fingers
1-2 large onion, sliced
1 tbsp ginger – crushed and chopped finely
2 cloves garlic-chopped finely
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
165 ml canned coconut milk or fresh thick coconut milk
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tsp fennel powder
1 tbsp tamarind paste- add water and discard the seeds
2 tbsp cooking oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2-3 tbsp curry powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tsp fennel powder
Bahan-Bahan
200g ikan sayuran
3-4 biji bendi
2-3 sudu besar serbuk kari
½ sk serbuk kunyit
1-2 biji bawang besar, dihiris
1 sb halia-dicincang
2 ulas bawang putih- dicincang
½ sk biji sawi
1 sk halba
1 sk garam (ikut rasa)
165 ml santan pekat
2 helai daun kari
1 sb asam jawa, campur air dan buang biji
2 sb Minyak masak
1 sk serbuk jintan manis
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
