Quick and easy to cook Creamy Vegetable Casserole. A perfect one pot dish with loads of vegetables.
Ingredients –
β’ Blanched Broccoli
β’ Mushroom
β’ Onion
β’ Red Pepper
β’ Green Pepper
β’ Garlic powder
β’ Black Pepper Powder
β’ Chili flakes
β’ French bread
β’ 8 small or 4 large Eggs
β’ 1/2 cup Milk
β’ Green Chili paste
β’ Cilantro
β’ Coriander leaves
β’ Pizza sauce
β’ Mozzarella cheese
Method –
β’ Take a baking tray. Arrange blanched broccoli, mushroom,
onion, red and green pepper, garlic powder, black pepper powder,
chilli flakes.
β’ Add roughly broken French bread pieces in between.
β’ Take another bowl. Break eggs and add milk. Blend the
mixture until it foams up.
β’ Add green chilli paste, black pepper powder, cilantro, coriander
leaves. Mix well.
β’ Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese on the vegetables in the
tray.
β’ Pour the egg and milk mixture over the vegetables.
β’ Bake in the microwave on 350 degree F or 180 degree C for 30
minutes.
β’ After 30 minutes, remove the tray from microwave and creamy
vegetables are ready.

Can we add potatoes instead of french bread? Because this is the only ingredient i don't have right now to try this quick yummy recipe

That looks more like a veggie frittata. A veggie casserole doesn't come with eggs. And if it does is only like one or two. As a frittata the recepie looks very good and yummy. Love it. π
What can be used to replace eggs for Vegan recipe?
Can you use frozen broccoli instead, and if so then do any cooking times change?

Isn't a casserole supposed to be covered? I can't find in the internet a recipe for casserole that is actually covered. Why, why,… these cooks don't stick to the terminology? Why is the world so cruel? Does anyone cook a covered dish supposed to be casserole?
